When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 8-14 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs. Check Shipping and Delivery policy for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How do I choose the right size for my cat?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your kitty and comparing it with the guide to ensure a comfy fit.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@ohmykitties.com within 7 days of delivery. After we verify with the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
Can I return something if it doesn’t fit or I changed my mind?
Yes! You have 30 days to return unused items in their original condition. To start a return, just Contact Us. Please note that return shipping is at your own cost.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order only if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
What if my package gets lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived, we’ll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. Some orders may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.
